Prodimex congratulated young people who chose a career in agribusiness

February 19
A ceremony was held at Kursk State Agrarian University to present certificates in the trade of “Control Panel Operator in Sugar Production”. The recipients of the first official documents were second-year students of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education.

The future sugar plant technologists study in the specialization “Technology of Food Products from Plant Raw Materials” under a targeted program run by the university jointly with Prodimex Group. The students followed a challenging path: they mastered automation and learned to understand process algorithms, from raw-material intake to sugar output. It was difficult, but the students coped.

The guests of honor were addressed by Andrey Malakhov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Kursk State Agrarian University. He noted the radical changes in the university’s educational environment over the past five years: “Every year, training becomes more practice-oriented. And partner companies play a huge role here, taking on an educational mission together with teachers and giving students additional important competencies. We already have a number of successful projects with Prodimex Group, and this course is one of the brightest examples. And there is more to come! Good luck and success to the students and mentors!”

Anna Yuryevna is responsible for the first stage of the plant, accompanying sugar beet before harvesting in the fields, and at the event she handed the first certificates to her future colleagues. “Acquire new competencies. Knowledge is an investment in your future achievements,” Anna Vybornykh stressed.
