We have been producing sugar for almost 25 years.
We have combined the traditional technologies of Russian sugar plants of the early 18th century with the latest achievements of high-tech production of the 21st century.

A sugar plant is a unique, practically waste-free operation: the pulp and molasses obtained from beet processing are used as animal feed and as raw materials for other food production.
The naturalness of sugar
Sugar is one of the purest products in the world. It is 99.7% sucrose — a natural carbohydrate and an “accumulator” of the solar energy that plants receive through photosynthesis. The highest percentage of sucrose is found in sugar beet, which we use in production. Compliance with the technology is carefully monitored at every stage, so the sucrose from the root crop goes directly into the finished product, retaining its natural properties.

Beet storage technology
Sugar beet is stored using an innovative technology of clamp storage with an intelligent active ventilation system. This extends the storage period, preserves the quality of the raw material for processing, lengthens the production campaign to 150 days and creates optimal conditions for transporting sugar beet to the plants.
We process 77 thousand tonnes of sugar beet per day
At industrial plants, 1 tonne of sugar is obtained from 6.5 tonnes of sugar beet.
Sugar beet roots contain up to 20% sucrose. Sugar content depends on varietal characteristics, the amount of moisture, the composition of mineral nutrition and the growing technology.
